14 STEPS
1. The "Portfolios" tab is your gateway to accessing the model portfolios associated with each of your subscriptions.
2. The "Portfolios" tab consolidates all subscription portfolios in one place. Some subscriptions offer multiple portfolios, each following the same structure for clarity.
3. The Ticker column displays the ticker symbol along with the corresponding company name for each recommendation.
4. The "Ref Date" column shows the reference date when each position was initially recommended.
5. The "Ref Price" column indicates the stock price at the time of publication.
6. "Latest Close" denotes the stock price at the previous trading day's close.
7. The "Dividends" column indicates whether the stock has paid out dividends since the position was recommended.
8. The "Total Return" column lists the percentage gained or lost in our position, including dividends payouts.
9. The "Recommendation" column indicates whether the stock is a buy, hold, or stopped out. Updates occur monthly with new issues or the day after a position is stopped out.
10. The "Stop Loss" column denotes the price at which we sell our position, updated Wednesdays.
We'll notify you in the next monthly issue if any trailing stops are hit. It's your responsibility to monitor recommended stops daily and take timely action.
11. Certain publications contain a Watchlist. Note that companies listed in the watchlists are not official recommendations.
12. Please focus on the Notes section below each portfolio for additional information on stop-loss updates, specific position updates, and the email address to report any discrepancies.
13. To access the original article where a recommendation was first made, simply click on any of the dates listed in the "Ref Date" column. This action will pull up the article from the exact date the recommendation was initially published.
14. Lastly, subscribed to multiple publications? The Portfolios tab displays them all by default. Click "Select a portfolio to view" to see individual portfolios.
